Our Guest: Courtney Adair

Courtney is a professional West Coast Swing dancer, judge, and instructor with over 15 years of experience. She is also a 3rd-year Masters Candidate in Clinical Mental Health Psychology, specializing in Naropa’s Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology program. In addition, Courtney holds a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification with special training in teaching Trauma-Informed Yoga.

Courtney Adair brings a unique blend of expertise in both the world of dance and the field of mental health. As a professional dancer and instructor, she has a deep understanding of the dance community and its dynamics. Simultaneously, her studies in clinical mental health psychology and trauma-informed yoga equip her with valuable insights into the mind-body connection and holistic well-being.
