Our Topic
In this episode, we dive into a variety of topics. We explore the topics of fueling your body for performance and competition vs daily life, exploring body image as a dancer, some general guidelines for nutrition, and how/when to refer to a dietitian.
Understanding the importance of good nutrition is crucial for dancers and those who support them. It’s also important that healthcare providers who are working with dancers know how and when to refer to a dietitian, because there can be many signs of needing additional help in this area.
