- Submit a video of yourself dancing in competition or performance & answer a couple of questions.
- Your video gets reviewed by our specialist, Dr. Alyssa.
- Receive your feedback & program.

The video analysis:
We consider your goals & what you want to achieve while reviewing your submitted video.
You’ll get a recording of our live review with comments of what is observed related to technique or performance (think of a similar feel to judges’ feedback at competition).
This means you’ll know specifically what was seen & how it connects to your exercise program.
All of this is done by our physical therapist & dance specialist, Dr. Alyssa, giving you a perspective that’s different than your regular dance teachers or coaches.
The custom training blueprint:
We use the observations from your video & combine it with the goals you provided.
Then we build a personalized exercise program JUST FOR YOU!
You’ll receive 3-5 exercises per submission that will help you:
- Improve flexibility & mobility
- Improve strength & power
- Improve endurance
- Increase your confidence & overall performance quality
- Improve your technique
And, maybe most importantly, improve your CONFIDENCE & decrease your risk of injury!
Each submission comes with a new analysis & a new set of exercises, helping you take the next step towards your goals!

- Recommend submitting a video of a rehearsal, performance, or competition.
- Video submission must be under 3 minutes. Longer videos will be accepted for additional cost.
- Analysis & programming are created for ONE dancer per submission.
Recommended virtual follow-up sessions are priced separately and are based on appointment length.
