About the Course

• General health & wellness for dancers
• Injury & pain in dance
• Exercise principles & how to apply them in the studio
• Applying anatomy & related exercise

Open to dance educators for dancers 10+ years old through adult of any genre or skill, this class lays the foundations for future classes, diving into more specific dance styles & more.

Schedule for the Day

• 8:30-9:00am Check-in
• 12-1pm Lunch (on your own)
• 4:30pm Wrap-up
