Look no further than our Performance Boost Program!

With this program, we’ll help you achieve your goals to improve overall performance, fitness, technique, and more. Sessions are all online, but can be arranged for in-person in our Colorado clinic.

Our Performance Boost package is made up of 3 parts:

Part 1: Assessment

30-minute session to: 30-minute session to:

  • learn more about your goals,
  • determine the starting point for your program, and
  • figure out your ideal workout schedule.

Part 2: Program Creation

Based off of Part 1, your coach will create a customized program that includes exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, power, control, cardio endurance, and more, all focused towards your goals.

Each program is a 1-month program, including a recommended schedule for your workouts.

Part 3: Learn Your Program

A second 30-minute session, this time to review your program, share resources, and answer any questions.

Besides receiving your customized Performance Boost program, we will also contact you mid-month to see if you have any questions. If something has come up that needs attention, you can schedule a check-in call with us.


Pricing includes ALL portions of the program – initial assessment, program creation, program learning session, and follow-up.
